On May 16 of this year, a scientific and educational pitch session of the All-Russian Summer Forum “Russia — the Country of Scientists. Young Medicine” was held at Samarkand State Medical University.

     Within the framework of the qualifying stage, organized by the V.P. Filatov International Foundation for the Development of Biomedical Technologies in cooperation with Samarkand State Medical University and the University’s Scientific and Practical Center for Immunology, Allergology and Human Genomics, participants presented their projects both offline and online. Students from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan also participated in this session.

     It would not be an exaggeration to say that the event became an important step toward creating a unified scientific environment in the region and identifying talented young researchers in the field of medical innovations.

     It is worth noting that the winners of the qualifying stage will participate in the All-Russian Summer Forum “RUSSIA — THE COUNTRY OF SCIENTISTS. YOUNG MEDICINE,” which will be held in Moscow from June 22 to 25.
